Terms of Service

Last updated: May 11, 2026

1. Agreement

By creating an account or purchasing access to SilverSafe ("the Course", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. The Course

SilverSafe provides written, self-paced lessons designed to help adults recognize common scams. The content is for educational purposes only and is not legal, financial, or professional advice. We make no guarantee that following the material will prevent every scam.

3. Account & Access

You are responsible for keeping your login details private. Access is granted to a single user; please do not share, resell, or redistribute the lessons. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

4. Payment

The Course is sold as a one-time payment that grants lifetime access to the lessons currently included. Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are in U.S. dollars and applicable taxes may apply.

5. Refunds

All sales are final. Because the lessons are delivered digitally and accessible immediately after purchase, we do not offer refunds. Please review the course description carefully before buying.

6. Intellectual Property

All lessons, text, images, and design are owned by SilverSafe and protected by copyright. You may not copy, republish, or distribute any part of the Course without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SilverSafe is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Course. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for access.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
